Registration & Admission Process

For Primary Grades (Grade 1–5)

Transfer Certificate from the previous school
Latest Report Card or Progress Report
Admission Test will be conducted
Parent–Child Interaction Session

Common Documents Required

Birth Certificate (for primary grades)
Transfer Certificate (from Grade 2 onwards)
Study Certificate (from Grade 2 onwards)
Passport-size Photos – student & parents
Address Proof (Aadhaar Card)
Parent ID Proof (PAN / Aadhaar)

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

Step 1: Application Form

Available at the school office
To be filled with accurate details

Step 2: Document Submission

Submit the required documents along with the application

Step 3: Entrance Test / Child Assessment

Conducted for all grades to assess academic level
Includes parent interaction for primary levels

Step 4: Admission Offer

Upon selection, parents will receive an admission confirmation letter

Step 5: Fee Payment

Pay the admission fee and initial term fees to confirm enrollment

At K Concept School, we consider parents our partners in education. The Parent Interaction Session is an essential part of our admissions process.

This session is informal, warm, and conversational — not a test.
